Terms and Conditions 

Cancellation & No Show's

Appointment's must be canceled with 24 hours to avoid a late cancel penalty fee of $25.

If you don't show up for your scheduled appointment it will be marked as used. After 3 no shows your membership will be canceled and the remaining balance will be charged accordingly.

Canceling your Membership

Memberships can only be cancelled once it's 30 day's close to renewal period.

Once your membership is cancelled any unused tans expires.

Payments

We require two credit cards on file along with a email address that you have easy access to.

 Each month your credit card will be charged the membership amount you signed up for, the charged will take place on the 1st of each month.

If your monthly payment is not able to go through on the due date, you will be charge $30 per failed transaction additional to your monthly package.
