Deposit:
A booking deposit is required to hold your appointment time. This fee will be collected via our booking app.
All deposits are refundable IF you cancel or reschedule no less than 24 hrs. After 24 hrs your deposit is NON refundable (NO EXEPTIONS)
Your Deposit will be deducted from your total at time of service.
Cancel|Reschedule:
If you need to cancel please do so no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. For reschedules we ask you do it in a timely manner. We require 2 hours before your appointment time to push it back or make it earlier. Reschedules will be based on the technicians availability for that set day. All appointments between 9 am to 10 am can not be reschedule SAME DAY!! Now keep in mind that your NOT able to cancel or reschedule your appointment "LESS" than 24 hrs from your device. Our system is set up so that all last min cancelation and reschedules goes through US!. All cancelations and reschedules has to go through text message (210-802-1964) if you don't message this number we don't get your request.
Keep in mind: if you cancel less than 24 hours you automatically forfeit your deposit.

Late Arrival:
Studio: If your running late to your appointment, are unresponsive to calls /texts after 5 min of your appointment start time we reserve the right to NOT provide any service

Late arrival fees: following fess will apply if your not in the studio within a certain time frame.
To avoid these fees please be on time.

NO FEE : 0-5 min after your appointment time.

$10 FEE : 6-10 min late after your appointment time.

$15 FEE : 11-15 min late after your appointment time

16+ min late. Your appointment will be marked as a NO SHOW
(you forfeit your deposit)

No call No show will automatically forfeit your deposit and your appointment will be marked NO- SHOW (two no shows will result in no service)
We understand unexpected situation can happen we do ask that you communicate with us and plan your time accordingly.

Mobile: If your running late to our own mobile appointment, are non responsive to calls / texts / or not able to let your tech in. We reserve the right to NOT provide any services after 10 min from your appointment start time. Your deposit will be forfeit and your appointment will be marked as a NO SHOW. Which will result in pre payment NEXT time
After Hours:
After hour appointments are available for those that would like a time that is outside of our working hours for that day.
(for evening spots our last appointment we take during business hours are 30 min before we close)

After Fees: $20 studio, $40 Mobile.
these fees will not be waived
Refunds:
All single spray tans, packages, monthly memberships, VIP memberships, mobile tans, teeth whitening and retail item purchases are non-refundable.
If your unhappy with your tan we ask you let us know before you leave our studio so we can help you. Our tans are are guarantee for 24 hours after application. Within that timeline we can fix your tan if a mistake are present.
Drugstore Products:
Please understand that drugstore brands are not meant for spray tans and we can not guarantee the outcome or the longevity of your tan when using those types of products.

We do retail lotion and body wash that are spray tan friendly.
New Clients
We ask that you show up 5 min before your appointment time and please note that if you cancel less than your window of time your deposit is non-refundable no matter the situation. If you NO show us on your first visit we reserve the right as a in-depended small business to block access to booking with us in the future. We do kindly ask that if you know you wont make your appointment to simply just let us know out of respect - 210-802-1964 (call or text)
Products
Any and all products are non refundable.
Online Ordering: You can cancel your order within 24 hrs of placing it. Once 24 hrs are up your window is close.
Shipping: Our packages get send via USPS | FEDEX | UPS. Once the parcel has been handed off to the postal companies we are no longer responsible for it. If it got misplaced , stollen or is damaged we ask you take it up with the postal company.
Returns: We don't accept returns. So order wisely and carefully.
