Policy

We’re so glad you’re booking with us! To ensure the best possible experience for you and all our clients, please review our booking policies below.

Appointments

​To secure your appointment, a booking deposit is required and will be collected through our online booking system.

This deposit will be applied toward your total at the time of service.

Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit is non-refundable — no exceptions.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment to respecting both your time and ours.

We kindly as that all appointments be made via our booking system. At this time we do accept appointments via text, call, email or social media.

​

For major transformations, color corrections, or extensions, a consultation may be required before booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please review the following:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Canceling less than 24 hours will result in your booking deposit not being refunded. (if you pre paid only the booking deposit will be kept and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method unless you ask to keep on file for a credit.

Our booking system does not allow cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours directly through the app.
All last-minute changes must go through us directly.

If you do not message this number, we will not receive your request, make sure you get a response back to insure your appointment is canceled!

 

Reschedules should also be made in advance. If you need to move your appointment earlier or later, we require at least 2 hours’ notice prior to your original appointment time. Reschedules are based on your technician’s availability for that same day.

Appointments between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM cannot be rescheduled same-day — no exceptions.

No Show / Missed Appointment

Your time is valuable—and so is ours. To protect both, we have a strict No-Show Policy in place.

If you miss your appointment without any prior notice, it will be considered a No-Show. No-shows automatically forfeit their booking deposit or pre payment. No credit will be given.

Repeated no-shows may result in being blocked from future appointments.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you're running late or unable to make it, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid being marked as a no-show. Keep in mind your appointment will mark as no show 15 min after your appointment start time.

Late Arrival 

We do our best to stay on schedule and give every client the time and care they deserve. Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • We offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals.

  • If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, a Late Arrival Fee of $10 will apply [no exeptions]

  • Arrivals between 10 to 14 minutes may need to be reschedule ($20 reschedule fee will apply) , depending on service type and technician availability.

  • If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be marked as a No-Show, and your booking deposit/ pre payment will be forfeited. NEW appointment will be required, no credit will be given!

Mobile Tan

If you're booked for a mobile service, please be ready at the scheduled time.

  • If you're unreachable by phone or text, or unable to grant access to your location, we allow a 10-minute grace period from your scheduled start time.

  • After 10 minutes, your technician may leave, your appointment will be marked as a No-Show, and your payment will be forfeited.

  • Missed mobile appointments will be blocked from booking with us in the future.

After Hour 

Need a time outside of our regular hours? We offer after-hours appointments for clients who need a more flexible option.

  • For evening appointments, please note: our last regular appointment is scheduled 30 minutes before closing.

  • Our current business hours can be found on the Home Page (www.tonictan.com).

​After hour appointment can be made in the following times: Mon - Fri: 6am-8:30am| 8pm to 9:30pm, Sat: 7am to 9:30am| 5:30pm to 7:30pm, Sun: 9am to 6pm​

Refunds

All services and retail purchases are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Spray tans

  • Hair services

  • Facial treatments

  • Packages

  • Monthly memberships

  • Mobile services

  • Teeth whitening

  • Retail products

No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Not 100% Happy? Let Us Know.

Your satisfaction matters to us! If you're unhappy with your service for any reason, please let us know before you leave the studio so we can address your concerns in person. Our services are guaranteed for 24 hours after application. If you reach out within that timeframe, we’ll gladly assess the situation and take the necessary steps to make it right.

Products

For the best results and longest-lasting tan, it’s important to use products that are specifically formulated for spray tans.

 

Please note: Drugstore brands and generic body care products are not designed for sunless tans, and may affect the color, fade, or longevity of your results. Because of this, we cannot guarantee your tan when using drugstore products.

To help you maintain your glow, we offer a selection of spray tan-safe lotions and body washes available for purchase in-studio.

New Clients

We ask that you show up 5 min before your appointment time and please note that if you cancel less than your window of time your booking deposit is non-refundable , same day cancellations will not be refunded no matter the situation. If you NO show us on your first visit we reserve the right as a in-depended small business to block access to booking with us in the future.

Product & Shipping Policy

All Sales Are Final

Please note that all product sales are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so we kindly ask that you make your selections carefully.

Online Orders

You may cancel your online order within 24 hours of placing it. After that window closes, your order is considered final and will be processed for shipping.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your location and shipping method.

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, it is no longer our responsibility. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
